Vendor Agreement

 

The fee is $50.00 per day or $125.00 for the week-end Friday to Sunday. 

A postal money order or certified bank check will need to accompany applications. Please do not send cash or personal checks.  You will be assigned a numbered spot in the vending area; an Indian Day Committee Member will send you verification as soon as we receive payment.  Please do not request specific sites.

There is no vendor fee for Passamaquoddy Tribal Members.  However, donations of a craft item or monetary donation is being requested.  Under no circumstances will the Indian Day Committee be responsible for any charges incurred by any person at any vendor booth.  Deadline for application submissions is: 

Friday, August 1, 2008.

 

By signing this vendor agreement, I understand that I am a guest within the community on the Passamaquoddy Reservation and I agree to conduct myself and my business in accordance with the customs, traditions and laws of the tribe.  I agree that I am responsible for my own refuse removal.  I will be leaving the site in the same condition as when I arrived.  It is my responsibility to have my septic tanks pumped out at my own expense.  Public port-a-potties will not be used for vendor septic needs.  I further agree that I will hold harmless the Indian Day Committee, Passamaquoddy Tribal Government and its representatives, any sponsors and their representatives, and the people of the Reservation of Sipayik, from any responsibility or claims of liability, damages, injuries, or other losses that may occur.  The Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point reserves the right to accept, deny or revoke any or all vendor activity and agreements.

 

Proceeds from the 43rd Annual Indian Day Celebration will go towards activities planned.  Please make check payable to: Indian Day Revenue Account
