The Administrative office houses an administrative assistant who keep a calendar of appointments of on and off-site meetings for the Tribal governor and the Lieutenant Governor. They also arrange and reserve airfare and hotel accommodations for all Tribal Office Building employees upon request. they prepare tribal member distribution lists and tracking systems.  The tribes mail (in-coming and out-going) is also a function of the Admin. Office. Community Services such as the use of our fax machine, copy machine and whatever requests our tribal members need will be assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
