Scattered Projects

The Pleasant Point Reservation Passamaquoddy Tribe has transferred the administration function of the Scattered Projects Sanitation Program to the Reservation Housing Authority.  The Housing Authority now accepts applications for the Scattered Projects Sanitation Program. This program is intended to assist tribal members that may be in need of services pertaining to water and/or septic systems. This program is funded and sponsored by Indian Health Service (IHS).

In order to qualify for this specific program you must meet the following criteria:

i) Must be Native American

ii) Must live within the service area of the Program for Pleasant Point Reservation.

iii) Must be your year round permanent residence

iv) Must have proof of ownership of property
