The Projects Management service/function is
administered from within the Planning Department. It provides
management of various aspects of tribal projects which include:
Billing and collection of the TERO tax
Bid development, notification, opening and award
Maintaining a presence (monitor) at each project site at
regular times to make sure plans are being followed
Addressing project change orders
Representing the Tribe's interests at all projects
Grant writing
Closing out of existing projects
Keeping tabs on existing grant projects as Point of Contact |
