To assist the Tribal Government in other areas of community development. Such activities will include but limited to: improving, developing and cause to finance essential community facilities, assist tribal members to access guarantee loans offered by HUD, State of Maine Housing Rural Development and USDA. Housing is currently involved with many projects to include: 1. Housing Construction 2. Development & Housing Resources 3. Youth Center Construction 4. Residential Care Facility 5. Mold & Mildew Solutions 6. Drug Elimination 7. Land Use Plans 8. Erosion Control 9. Home-Owner training 10. Office Computer Up-grades 11. NAHASDA Compliance 12. Annual Performance Reports to Community & HUD 13. Rehabilitation Projects 14. Boys &girls Club/Youth Build Projects 15. Business Development Initiatives 16. Low Income Tax Credit Housing 17. Alternate Source of Electrical Power
