Purpose of Program: The Passamaquoddy Tribe at the Pleasant Point Reservation will administer a Community Fire Program in accordance with the requirements of the contract. It will serve those members of the Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point located in Perry, ME as defined to be eligible for such services as specified in 25 CFR under the Self-Determination Act. The Community Fire Program will consist of the following components: - Fire prevention and fire protection - Fire training and community education - Protection against life-threatening emergencies through “first response” services
