Purpose of Program: To provide both nutritional and supportive services. Provide 1 meal a day 5 days a week to both congregate and home delivered participants. Supportive Services include: Information/referral, outreach, transportation, legal assistance, homemaker, chore, visiting, and telephoning. Lunch is provided from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Serve Native Americans age 55 or older, Non-Natives married to Native Americans age 55+ and the disabled residing in the elderly housing unit. |
