ADMINISTRATIVE OVERVIEW

The administrative personnel at the Pleasant Point Health Center work cooperatively with all staff members at the Pleasant Point Health Center. We believe that our staff is dedicated to working for the betterment of our community.

The Health Director and Assistant Health Director work as a team to oversee the daily operations at the clinic while ensuring a healthy, cohesive working environment for all the staff.

Our Maintenance and Improvement staff, work diligently to ensure that all areas of the clinic are clean and safe for patients and staff. We are very proud to have such skilled workers on our staff.

The Health Center Planners work as grant writers for the Pleasant Point Health Center. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining all health manuals and licenses.

The Administrative Secretary,  works with all other staff as needed. and  is also our Compliance Officer, making sure that all of our work is done in accordance with IHS Rules and Regulations.

The Receptionist works every day as our first point of contact at the clinic. When she isn’t making appointments for patients both at the clinic and off-site, she is processing referrals, recording 72-hour Notification information and routing incoming telephone calls.

The Information Systems Manager works with the technology portion of the health center. She manages the networking systems, computers systems, phone systems, security systems, and is also the Telemedicine Site Coordinator for the health center.
