We need to know your physical address for fuel to be delivered. 2. We need to have verification of ALL household income. We will be following all rules of regulations of these programs. This will include some of the following changes that community members should be aware of. 1. Electricity will be limited to once a year for disconnect notices and will only be for one month of electricity. 2. Those that receive LiHeap for rental units, if you are eligible for assistance, your rent must be up-to-date. If not, you will not eligible until your rent is current. If your rent is current, then your assistance will be submitted to housing as a credit towards your rent. 3. No checks will be made to any applicants receiving assistance. 4. Whatever assistance you are eligible for will be sent to the vendor and it will be the responsibility of the tenant to check your delivery slips to see how much fuel you have left on your account. If you are close to your full award amount, you will need to come to housing and each will be decided upon by a case-by-case basis, and depending of funds that are available.
